Unfinished Objects "UFO" Quilter's Retreat
October 11-14, 2012
The UnFinished Object's (UFO) Retreat is sponsored by two quilting bees and welcomes other quilting enthusiasts to participate. If you have a project that you just haven't had time for, come finish it! Share stories, ideas, tips, and whatever else you want to talk about while your fingers are busy piecing or sewing. Even if you are not a quilter and still would enjoy attending this retreat for fellowship or to work on another project (needlepoint, embroidery, cross stitch, etc) please join us!
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE:
Thursday afternoon (2:00pm at the earliest to Sunday afternoon after brunch. You can choose to arrive Thursday afternoon or Friday. You can also choose to come for one day or the entire weekend. The weekend ends after brunch on Sunday.

COSTS:
Emmental (Note: bedding and towels provided)

- Single room: $35.00/night
Main Camp (Note: please bring own bedding)
- Shared room: $17.50/night

Meals: $8.75/meal

MEALS: We offer brunch on Friday, Saturday & Sunday at 10:30am and supper on Thursday, Friday & Saturday at 5:30pm. Note: A continental breakfast (cereal, fruit, etc.) is available in the mornings.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Housing is assigned by camp on a first come first served basis for your preferred housing location. Reservations are limited. The housing location options are Emmental or Main Camp. Emmental has twin beds and linens and towels are provided. For those wishing to stay at main camp, please bring linens and towels. Aspen is our primary housing location at main camp. PREPARE TO COME: RMMC is located in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. To prepare for your retreat with us, please check out our information about things to know before you arrive. Follow the link on the right "Prepare to Come". Please note that Rocky Mountain is a pet, alcohol and tobacco free ministry for the benefit of our many guests and facilities.
THINGS TO BRING:
Each participant brings their project items along with all accessories needed to complete it. Irons & ironing boards are provided. We encourage you to share items with other friends attending the retreat so you don’t have to bring your entire sewing room with you! Other optional items to bring include: Snacks to share with everyone – being creative can make you very hungry!
REGISTRATION: A $25 deposit is due at registration. This will confirm your space for the retreat. Deposit is non-refundable for cancellations within 2 months of the retreat date. You can register by calling us, mailing in a registration form from the brochure, or using our online registration. Online registration allows you to save your basic information for ease when registering in following years. You can also pay online with your credit card.
