This years Colorado Roots Music Camp I was as fun as always! Camp is transformed into classrooms and music fills the valley at all hours of the day. Highlights from the week include concerts by the instructors, student concerts, and the Band Scramble! (If you’re wondering what that is you’ll have to sign up for Camp II and come find out!) For an entire week, musicians from all walks of life gathered to celebrate their love for bluegrass, folk, blues, swing, jazz, Irish tunes, flatpicked and fingerstyle guitar, mandolin, banjo, fiddle, bass, singing, and the joy of learning and having fun!
