The annual summer staff recruiting trip is an opportunity take RMMC hospitality on the road by seeing past/present/future summer staff. Stops at Eastern Mennonite University, Goshen College, Hesston College, Bethel College and Kansas State offered the chance for good food and good conversation with the special people that make each summer camping season special for campers, guests and each other.
 
While, we’re hoping to have as many return as possible, we equally welcome new summer staff who would like to join in the fun and meaningful experience of summer camp in the Colorado Rockies. A lifetime of rich memories, experiences and friends goes with being on summer staff at RMMC. While facilitating a summer camp experience for youth and family campers, you are a “camper” enjoying the same with fellow peers before, during and after camp programs are held. Our desire is to offer a viable summer job opportunity as listed below:”

  • First year staff $325 per week
  • Returning staff bonus $50 per week, each summer
  • Full summer season bonus $500, 8 weeks of youth & family camps
  • Weekly Meals & Housing $400 value
  • Travel support up to $500 for auto, train or plane transport to help ensure travel isn’t a barrier in choosing to come!
