PICTURED: Finishing touches on the new Bern floor.
Our staff and volunteers have been working hard to complete the renovations for the Bern Dining Hall. Most recent progress was made on:
– Epoxy installed on the foyer floor.
– Final Coat of paint on the Bern ceiling
– Hardwood floors sanded and finished
– Door threshold install
– Install room heaters
– Finish room lighting
– Return tables & benches
– Set-up new & improved drink station
While there will still be some finishing touches (e.g. window trim, ceiling fans, outside drainage for gutters), we are grateful for all the renovations and improvements which are completed as the busy summer camping season begins. We’re excited to see the Bern Dining Hall return as a central space for good meals and fun activities!
